Every machine comes with a warranty — either two or three years (depending on machine model) — that covers the cost of any broken or faulty parts.
50-Hour Break-In Service (PRO machines only) Every new PRO machine gets a full break-in service at 50 hours. That's day 5 to 7 on an active machine. We send a qualified mechanic to you. Included. No scheduling. No extra charge.
In the first year, you're also covered by our Year One Care Plan. If something goes wrong because of a manufacturing problem, we fix it at no cost to you. Just send us a detailed video and photos, and we take care of the rest — parts and labor included.
Your Care Plan also includes, at month six, a full on-site mechanical service, performed at your location. Our mechanic will handle everything: oil, filters, hydraulic fluid, grease, track or wheel adjustment, and a full wear assessment. You'll also receive a written condition report when it's done. APEX EQ schedules it all — no cost or effort on your end.
If something breaks because of a mistake during use, don't worry. Send us a detailed video and photos and our team will review what happened. We'll then send a trained mechanic straight to your location and handle all the scheduling for you.
